BEYOND THE SCREEN

WHAT WE DO

Film Screenings

Community & Creative Experiences

Filmmaker Features & Original ProductionS

We organise screenings that bring people together to experience short films, documentaries, independent productions, and other forms of visual storytelling. These gatherings give filmmakers an opportunity to share their work with an audience and give viewers the chance to discover stories they may not encounter elsewhere.

Beyond the Screen is also about the people in the room. We create opportunities for film lovers, filmmakers, photographers, artists, and people from different backgrounds to meet, connect, share ideas, and discover common interests. Through informal gatherings, creative activities, and special experiences, we want to build a community where people can participate whether they make films themselves or simply enjoy the stories other people tell.

We want to create more opportunities for visual storytellers to share their work and connect with audiences. Through filmmaker features, upcoming-release spotlights, special viewing experiences, and original content, we are exploring new ways to bring stories and the people behind them into the conversation. As Beyond The Screen grows, these initiatives will allow us to explore film culture from different angles and create experiences that extend beyond our physical gatherings.

Conversations & Film Culture

We organise screenings that bring people together to experience short films, documentaries, independent productions, and other forms of visual storytelling. These gatherings give filmmakers an opportunity to share their work with an audience and give viewers the chance to discover stories they may not encounter elsewhere.
